Where do I register?
Typically, organizations email their members with a registration link at the start of a new season, or they provide it on their website. You can reach out to an admin of the organization if you’re having trouble and they will be able to point you in the right direction.

How do I register?

STEP 1: GET THE REGISTRATION LINK

The organization that you are registering with should either send you a link to their registration session or provide that information somewhere on their SportsEngine website.

Helpful Tip! If you don’t have the registration link and you are having troubling finding it on your organization’s website, please reach out to someone at that organization so they can help you locate it.

STEP 2: COMPLETE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM

  1. Sign in to your existing SportsEngine account, or create a new SportsEngine account if you don’t have one already.
  2. Select an athlete profile to register or select Register a New Athlete if you don’t see that profile listed.
    • NOTE: If you don’t see the option to Register a New Athlete, the registration is set up to register adults and you will need to reach out to your organization so they can make that adjustment on the registration session.
  3. Enter all required fields on the Registration session.
  4. Submit payment (if required).
  5. Click Complete Registration.
    • After completing the registration, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt.

NOTE: To register another athlete’s profile, click Register Another Athlete on the review page of the registration.

Do I need to create an account in order to register?
In most cases, yes. A SportsEngine Account will allow you to take advantage of SportsEngine tools, such as RSVPs, messaging, viewing past orders, etc. This requirement is set up by the organization you are registering with.

Who do I contact with questions?
Questions regarding the registration, payments, scheduling, divisions, apparel, etc. should be addressed to an administrator at your organization. Most organizations have Registrar contact information on the registration session that you are signing up for.

Can I register more than one person?
Yes, but not at the same time. After you register one player, the Review page gives the option to “Register Another Person”, which takes you back to the “Welcome” page of the registration process.

How do I claim a registration entry?
When an admin registers an athlete, a parent/guardian needs to claim the registration entry to connect it to a SportsEngine account. Click here to learn how.

How do I request a refund?
Please reach out to an admin at your organization to request a refund. SportsEngine cannot refund registration payments.

How do I cancel or update a payment plan payment?
You are locked into your payment plan after you sign up. Please reach out to an admin at your organization to request a cancelation or update.

Can I update my registration entry after it’s been submitted?
Sometimes! It depends on your organization. If your organization allows you to edit your entry, click HERE to see how.

What is Regsaver Insureance?
Regsaver Insurance offers insurance for non-refundable athlete registration fees in case of injury, illness, job layoff, military leave, and more. Click HERE to learn more.

How do I purchase Regsaver Insurance?
When you are on the checkout page of athlete Registration, Regsaver will appear below the registration fee line item as an optional add-on. Regsaver costs 7% of registration fees for multi-day events and 6% of registration fees for single day events with a minimum price of $7.

How do I file a claim?
After you purchase Regsaver insurance, you will receive an email with your policy number and coverage information. If you have any questions or need to file a claim, please contact AIG and provide your policy number.

Why am I able to only register myself and not my player?
If you are unable to click “Register New Player”, please reach out to the organization that you are trying to register with, as they will need to update their registrations’ settings.
